An every hour of the day snack, you can find it around Greece with a few variations and different ingredients. In this recipe Niovi Kampitsi Fotinatou gives us the traditional Kefalonian way.
Stale sour dough bread
Salt and pepper to taste
Give a quick soak to the thick slices of bread.
Pour some olive oil on the bread slices.
Cut the tomatoes in half and squeeze and rub them over the bread.
Pour some vinegar over the tomatoes, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place the feta cheese on the bread, oregano, more olive oil and last the olives. Enjoy any time
