I am writing to you to express my interest in seeking funds for my YouTube channel Savor Greece, Season Three, which promotes the Greek culture, hospitality, traditions, food, music, and arts in English.
As you know by now I have already filmed and edited two seasons of 22 episodes each plus many extras and shorts.
Savor Greece has been a personal endeavor, self-funded from the onset. However, it has been an expensive undertaking, encompassing investments in equipment, as well as nearly eight months of travel to collect and film the necessary data for the 44 episodes.
This has involved expenditures on planes, ferries, trains, car rentals, accommodation, and everyday living expenses, particularly during the first season.
The second season was relatively easier, thanks to the assistance and support of “The Travel Factory,” not to mention the support of my family and numerous new friends I’ve made during my visits around Greece.
Naturally, the work doesn’t end there. Countless hours are dedicated to editing each episode, promoting and advertising Savor Greece through various media channels. Over the past two and a half years, I have devoted myself entirely to recording and preserving Greek culture and tradition, as well as promoting Greece worldwide.
While I am incredibly proud of what I have accomplished thus far, I believe that with your help, I can take this project to the next level. Your support would enable me to produce even more high-quality content that celebrates the rich history and traditions of Greece, it will reach a wider audience and help to ensure that future generations of Greeks leaving abroad and in Greece will have access to a rich cultural resource.
