KAZANEMATA

Kazanemata is the process of making tsipouro, and it comes from the word kazani which is the distillation vat.Tsipouro is a strong distilled spirit containing 40–45% alcohol by volume 

KOURAMBIEDES

in 1924 refugees from Karvali in Cappadocia, made this traditional recipe for kourabies after establishing Nea Karvali north of Kavala. today in Greece the most famous traditional kourabiedes are those of Nea Karvali.

EKMEK… THE SWEET BREAD
