Asprilexi (“a Greek word per day” service) back in 2003 and Asprimera design studio are few of these projects providing high level, reliable and trusty content in the fields of linguistics, culture and gastronomy.
In 2012 founded the “Crisis is a Greek word” project, a moving exhibition with artworks created by the most awarded Greek designers, trying to visualize the reality they experience in their everyday life in Greece, in times of what is globally described with the Greek word “Crisis”.
Combining his professional technology and his great love for food and language, he issued in cooperation with Marianna Kavroulaki the culinary dictionary "The language of taste” in 2011.
Lately he creates content for shows such as "The Chefs" and "The Bartenders" projected by the fnl-guide.com. He is a permanent partner at fnl-guide.com searching for Greek products and writes about contemporary Greek gastronomic production.
